Strawberry Sheet Cake

Ingredients
 Cake
 - 2 cups self-rising flour, sifted
 - 2 cups sugar
 - 4 eggs
 - 1 cup canola oil
 - 1 cup milk
 - ¼ cup strawberries, mashed
 - 1 small box of strawberry Jello
 
Icing
 - ½ stick of butter, softened
 - 3 cups powdered sugar
 - ¼ cup strawberries, mashed
 
Instructions
 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
 - In a medium mixing bowl, add all the cake ingredients and mix until well combined.
 - Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
 - In a small mixing bowl stir together the icing ingredients and mix until it's a smooth consistency, adding a little more mashed strawberries if it's too thick and more powdered sugar if it's too thin.
 - Once the cake is cooled, pour/spread the mixture on top and serve.
 - Refrigerate between servings.
