Crawfish Cornbread

Ingredients
- 2 cups yellow cornmeal
- 2 tsps baking soda
- 3 tsps salt
- 2 tsps Tony's
- 4 eggs
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 stalks of celery, diced
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup of jalapeno peppers, diced
- 2 15 oz cans of cream style corn
- 2 lbs of crawfish tails
Instructions
- Pre-heat to 375 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in bowl.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake covered for 1:15 to 1:30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
