{"id":438,"date":"2013-08-22T08:10:01","date_gmt":"2013-08-22T13:10:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recipeforflavor.com\/?p=438"},"modified":"2013-08-22T08:10:01","modified_gmt":"2013-08-22T13:10:01","slug":"pina-colada-upside-down-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recipeforflavor.com\/?p=438","title":{"rendered":"Pina Colada Upside-down Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"easyrecipe\">\t<link itemprop=\"image\" href=\"http:\/\/recipeforflavor.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Pina-Colada-Upside-down-Cake-1024x680.jpg\" \/>\n<div class=\"item ERName\">Pina Colada Upside-down Cake<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERClear\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Author: <span class=\"author\">Derek Amato<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERHead\">Serves: <span class=\"yield\">8-10<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"ERIngredients\">\n<div class=\"ERIngredientsHeader\">Ingredients<\/div>\n<ul class=\"ingredients\">\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/4 cup of unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup of packed light brown sugar<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup of shredded coconut<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 20 oz can of pineapple slices in juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">2 tbls of pineapple juice<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 box vanilla cake mix<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1 cup of coconut milk<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">1\/2 cup of vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li class=\"ingredient\">3 eggs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"ERInstructions\">\n<div class=\"ERInstructionsHeader\">Instructions<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Put the butter in a 9 x 13 pan and place it in the oven for the butter to melt.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Once the butter is melted remove the pan and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly in the pan then do the same with the coconut.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">Cover the bottom with pineapple slices, pressing on each one to set it, and do not overlap them.<\/li>\n<li class=\"instruction\">In a large mixing bowl, add the cake mix, pineapple juice, coconut milk, oil, and eggs, and mix until well combined.
